At Hair Revival Studio, we believe in being transparent about our policies with all of our clients. If you have any questions about any policy below, please feel free to contact our team.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy

At Hair Revival Studio, your appointments are very important to our dedicated team of professionals. We require a credit card on file to hold your appointments. If you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, we ask that you please provide us with a 24-hour notice. This way, our team will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly, and we may be able to accommodate other clients on our waiting list. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency. However, canceling or rescheduling within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of your service, and not showing up to your appointment with any notice will result in a 100% charge of the service. Booking an appointment online and/or over the phone is an automatic agreement to our terms and conditions.

Cash Policy

We ask you to bring a credit/debit card to pay for appointments. We will only accept exact change for cash at check out.

Tipping

Our staff always appreciates a tip. Cash and Venmo are free ways to tip the stylist directly. To use a credit/debit card, we have a system at check out you can use to tip your stylist directly for a small transaction fee.
